How it works

After a hugely successful debut in the 2011 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Opera in the Market will, once again, feature in the 2012 program. 

Patrons will explore the Food and Wine Trial before the performance and during interval, as we throw open the pages of our living, breathing Melbourne-inspired cookbook.

Featuring iconic Melbourne restaurants and caterers, The Point Albert Park Lake, MoVida, Estelle Bar & Kitchen, St Katherine's and Fred and Ginger Catering.

The exquisite tasting plates on offer will be complemented with selected Victorian wines and microbrews.

Don't forget to take our guest chef's favourite recipes home with you.

Market Dollars: All tickets include $20 Market Dollars ('Festival Special' will receive $40 Market Dollars) that can be redeemed on the Food and Wine Trail.
